Maddie Callander is a Partner at Boost VC, the $500k accelerator investing in Sci-Fi, co-founded by Adam Draper and Brayton Williams in San Mateo, CA. As a part of the leadership team, she has invested in & supported over 370+ sci-fi technology startups (crypto/web3, virtual reality, aerospace, energy, climate, robotics, biotech, & more), led strategy for accelerator and platform initiatives, as the firm has grown from $6M to $200M AUM. 

Maddie is a Kauffman Fellow, Angel Investor and Member of The Council. She is a frequent speaker at tech conferences and on podcasts, sharing expertise in metaverse and web3. Passionate about supporting founders and bringing more women into emerging tech leadership roles. 

Maddie loves living in SF, docents at a local historic home, and is on the committee to rebuild Aquatic Park & Pier in her neighborhood backyard. She loves golf, tennis and skiing - and is learning how to bake with gluten free flours.

Maddie has a B.A. in Art History and Spanish from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
